We never push them, we have learned from experience that young dogs are like kids. Some are faster to the gate than others. Certianly the girls seem to come faster than the boys.
We often see over zelous exhibitors with dogs in the ring too soon.

Patience is the key- if the're good enough their time will come.

Here are some of the next crop. Some have been shown lightly, some are ready, some are not.

BRIGHTMEADOW STRAND OF GOLD. 17 MONTHS
Woody has been lightly shown. He went off to be trained as a guide dog, he came back with them claiming he is too smart. Their criteria is differant to ours and he has spent some time being retrained

He will be lightly campaigned for the remainder of 2017 and get stuck in next year.
STRCO BEST MATE AT BRIGHTMEADOW. BUDDY

What a dope, if we keep waiting for this dogs head to get into gear we could wait for ever. He is affectionatly known at home as scooby don't.
He has had some nice wins at open shows and is ready for the big time.

He will spend the winter in work and be back in the ring in the spring.
BRIGHTMEADOW KISS THE GIRLS (ROCKET)

A real baby at just 7 months. He has been to a few shows and now seems to have finally stabilised those wild ears.

He is a Finn son and can't you see it !
BRIGHTMEADOW KISS AND TELL -MATILDA

Matilda has been lightly shown, she needs more time to strengthen but shows great form and an amazing side gait.

Her other handicap is, she is so badly behaved and a complete clown !
Alexandra Almond's BRIGHTMEADOW MAY WE DANCE -MAY

Another Finn baby with a bright future, again she needs time. These youngsters are really in the schooling and ring education phase. We don't push them. They are out to learn their craft.
BRIGHTMEADOW NEVER SAY DIE (TARZAN)

TARZAN has thus far had an amazing puppy career, he will be lightly campaigned for the remainder of 2017 and will re appear Spring 2018
